Agha was appointed to as a justice of the [[Sindh High Court]] on February 6, 2018.<ref name="auto"/> As a jurist, he has served on the Senate Tribunal Sindh for the 2021 elections and the Sindh Subordinate Judiciary Service Tribunal.<ref name="auto"/> He has also been part of the High Court's Selection Committee for Promotion for Grade 16 and above, and committees focused on development, building maintenance, and horticulture.<ref name="auto"/>
