'''Bačman''' or '''Baçman''' ({{floruit}} 1229–36) was a [[Kipchaks|Kipchak]] leader in the Lower Volga.{{sfn|AEMA}} He belonged to the Olberlik clan.<ref name=V-AEMA>{{harvnb|Vásáry|2005|p=10}}, {{harvnb|AEMA}}</ref> In 1229 he fought the invading Mongols.{{sfn|AEMA}} The Kipchaks revolted against Mongol rule.{{sfn|Vásáry|2005|p=10}} [[Möngke Khan]] captured Kipchak leaders Bačman and [[Qačir-üküle]].{{sfn|Vásáry|2005|p=10}} He is mentioned in several Tatar and Nogay legends, some nomad clans claiming ancestry from him.
