It is part of the [[Dhule (Lok Sabha constituency)|Dhule Lok Sabha constituency]] along with another five Vidhan Sabha segments, namely [[Dhule City Assembly constituency|Dhule City]] and [[Sindkheda Assembly constituency|Sindkheda]] in Dhule district and [[Malegaon Central Assembly constituency|Malegaon Central]], [[Malegaon Outer Assembly constituency|Malegaon Outer]] and  [[Baglan Assembly constituency|Baglan]] in the [[Nashik district]].
