The constituency consists of parts of [[Dobong District]], [[Seoul]]. As of 2024, 136,197 eligible voters were registered in the constituency. The constituency was created in 1996 after being reorganized from the former [[Dobong B (1988 constituency)|Dobong B]] and [[Dobong C]] constituencies.
