As of the [[2020 United States census|2020 census]]<ref name=":0" /> there were 536 people, 232 households, and 177 families residing in the township. The population density was {{convert|13.84|PD/sqmi|PD/km2}}. There were 228 housing units at an average density of {{convert|5.89|/mi2|/km2|disp=preunit|units&nbsp;|units|}}. The racial makeup of the township was 92.16% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 1.12% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.19% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.93% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.19% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.19% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 5.22% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.87% of the population.
There were 232 households, out of which 35.30% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.86% were married couples living together, none had a female householder with no spouse present, and 23.71% were non-families. 23.70% of all households were made up of individuals, and 0.00% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.79 and the average family size was 2.99.
The township's age distribution consisted of 33.8% under the age of 18, 3.6% from 18 to 24, 25.9% from 25 to 44, 26.3% from 45 to 64, and 10.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34.7 years. For every 100 females, there were 146.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.3 males.
