A music video to accompany the release of "Heart's on Fire" was first released onto YouTube on 14 April 2014 at a total length of three minutes and forty-six seconds. The video shows Mike walking through a forest. Prior to the release of the official music video, Passenger had released an unofficial duo acoustic version of the song in a music video filmed in Dublin.
