[[England women's national rugby union team|England women]] and [[France women's national rugby union team|France women]] first participated against each other in 1991 in the [[1991 Women's Rugby World Cup|inaugural Women's Rugby World Cup]]. They have since been the most decorated rivalry with 55 test matches have been contested. Of these, 41 have been won by England and 14 by France.
