'''Huang Kuo-shu''' (born 3 January 1964) is a Taiwanese politician. For the majority of his political career, Huang was affiliated with the [[Democratic Progressive Party]]. Huang served as a [[Taichung City Council]]or from 1998 to 2015, when he won [[2015 Taiwanese legislative by-elections|a by-election]] to the [[Legislative Yuan]]. He was elected to two consecutive full terms as a member of the Legislative Yuan, in [[2016 Taiwanese legislative election|2016]] and [[2020 Taiwanese legislative election|2020]]. Huang withdrew from the Democratic Progressive Party in 2021, and completed his legislative tenure as a political independent.
