'''Kelvingi''' is a village in [[Viimsi Parish]], [[Harju County]] in northern [[Estonia]].<ref>{{EHAK|2945}} (retrieved 27 July 2021)</ref> It's located about {{convert|13|km|0|abbr=on}} northeast of the centre of [[Tallinn]], situated on the northern coast of the [[Viimsi Peninsula]], between the villages of [[Rohuneeme]] and [[Leppneeme]].
