King Georges Road commences at the intersection of Wiley Avenue and Punchbowl Road in [[Wiley Park, New South Wales|Wiley Park]] and heads in a southeasterly direction as a six-lane, dual-carriageway road, meeting [[A34 (Sydney)|Canterbury Road]] at [[Roselands, New South Wales|Roselands]]. After crossing [[M5 Motorway (Sydney)|M5 Motorway]] at [[Beverly Hills, New South Wales|Beverly Hills]], the road narrows to a four-lane, single-carriageway road before eventually terminating at an intersection with [[Princes Highway]] at [[Blakehurst, New South Wales|Blakehurst]].
