Schuyler was the great-great-granddaughter of [[Philip Schuyler|Gen. Philip Schuyler]] and the great-granddaughter of [[Alexander Hamilton]], and the granddaughter of [[James Alexander Hamilton]].<ref name=":2" />
Schuyler never married, living with her sister [[Georgina Schuyler|Georgina]] for most of her adult life.<ref name=":0" /> She died shortly before her 89th birthday.
