The Nagpur Pune [[Garib Rath Express]] has LHB which 18 [[Indian Railways coaching stock|AC 3 tier Economy]] and 2 [[Indian Railways coaching stock|EoG cum SLR]] coaches. Unlike some Garib Rath trains, it does not have [[Indian Railways coaching stock|AC Chair Car]] coaches. The configuration and number of coaches are adjusted in response to demand on the line.

On return, the 12114 Nagpur Pune [[Garib Rath Express]] leaves [[Nagpur railway station|Nagpur Junction]] at 18:35 hrs IST and reaches [[Pune railway station|Pune Junction]] next day at 09:45 hrs IST.

Earlier, the train was hauled between [[Pune Junction railway station|Pune Junction]] and [[Manmad Junction railway station|Manmad Junction]] by a Pune based [[Indian locomotive class WDM-3A|WDM-3A]] handing over to a [[Bhusaval Junction railway station|Bhusaval]] based [[Indian locomotive class WAP-4|WAP-4]] or [[Ajni railway station|Ajni]] based [[Indian locomotive class WAP-7|WAP-7]] for the remainder of its journey.
