According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], the township has a total area of 35.5&nbsp;square miles (91.9&nbsp;km{{sup|2}}), of which 35.5&nbsp;square miles (91.8&nbsp;km{{sup|2}}) is land and 0.04&nbsp;square mile (0.1&nbsp;km{{sup|2}}) (0.06%) is water.

The [[population density]] was 2.2 people per square mile (0.8/km{{sup|2}}). There were 58 housing units at an average density of 1.6/sq&nbsp;mi (0.6/km{{sup|2}}). The racial makeup of the township was 100.00% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]].
There were 37 households, out of which 13.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.6% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, and 48.6% were non-families. 35.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
