Toufen is accessible by [[Zhunan railway station|Zhunan Station]] of the [[Taiwan Railways Administration]] located in the neighboring [[Zhunan, Miaoli|Zhunan Township]]. The [[Taiwan High Speed Rail]] passes through the central part of the city, but no station is currently planned.
