Previously the article suggests contract is subject to a three-year limitation period. No—contract is six years (per Limitation Act); it is certain tort claims which are three years (per Latent Damage Act). The latter was, unintuitively, more advantageous to the claimant because of the special rules regarding when a claim is understood to accrue under the Latent Damages Act.
