Sirius was the only high-rise building erected following the demise of the redevelopment plans, and it is celebrated as a Brutalist building, including the philosophies of Brutalism. The redevelpment plans seem the antithesis of these philosophies, and labelling these other buildings as Brutalist seems inappropriate. It would be OK to label them Modernist.
