Abbasabad (Persian: عباس اباد, also Romanized as ‘Abbāsābād; also known as Morīdlar)[1] is a village in Virmuni Rural District, in the Central District of Astara County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,623, in 888 families.[2]
