It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Ontario, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia.
