Filip Ostrowski (born 12 July 2001) is a Polish track and field athlete. In 2023, he became Polish national champion in the 1500 metres.[1]

Career

In 2020, he moved Łódź to join the training group of coach Stanisław Jaszczak. That year he lowered his 800 meters personal best to 1:46.89.[2] In August 2022, he won Polish U23 titles in both 800 metres and 1500 metres.[3] In May 2023, he lowered his 800m personal best to 1:45.62, out sprinting Robert Farken in Karlsruhe.[4] In July 2023, he qualified for the final of the 1500m at the 2023 European Athletics U23 Championships in Espoo, Finland.[5] Later that month he became Polish champion for the first time, winning the 1500m title at the Polish Championships.[6] At the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest, he qualified for the semi-finals of the 800m.[7][8]
