Efraín José Cepeda Sarabia (born May 24, 1950) is a Colombian businessman and politician.[2] He is a member of the Conservative Party and has been elected to the Senate of Colombia eight consecutive times since 1994. He held the position of President of the Senate between 2017 and 2018.
