Warez groups are bodies organized for the purpose of circulating copyrighted material, such as computer software, video games or music and movies. However, since there are lots of people that circulate copyrighted material, a group will have to have global 'merit' or notability before it should be considered for inclusion here. A good guideline to follow is the Computer Underground Notability Test.
