This category is keeping track of names given to genetic lineages in studies of autosomal ancient DNA. Lineages are usually based on a single ancient genome but given suggestive names as representing a significant lineage in population history, often abbreviated by three letters, as in EEF = "Early European Farmers", ANE = "Ancient North Eurasians", etc.
