Usage

This template is put at the top of a biographical article to explain to readers which part of a name is honorific. This template takes one parameter:

{{Burmese name|(honorific)}}

Example

At the beginning of the article on U Thant, you would insert:

{{Burmese name|U}}

which would output:

In Burmese names, U is an honorific, not a given name.
