This adds a toolbox to peer review pages. It is based on Template:Featured article tools and uses tools developed by Dispenser and AndyZ.
Usage
This is automatically included within new reviews because it is linked within Template:PR/subst. It is included with the syntax: {{Peer review tools|article name}}
