The Duet free routine competition of the 2023 European Games was held on 21 and 24 June 2023 in Oswiecim, Poland.[1] Together with the Duet Technical event, it formed part of a direct qualification competition for the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Preliminary round

In the preliminary rounds all eighteen pairs of entrants competed, with the top twelve pairs progressing to the final.[2][3]
