The women's 10,000 metres event at the 1987 Summer Universiade was held at the Stadion Maksimir in Zagreb on 14 July 1987.[1][2][3][4] The winning margin was 0.33 seconds which as of 2024 remains the only time the women's 10,000 metres has been won by less than half a second at these games.
