Benešov is a municipality and village in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 700 inhabitants. Benešov lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-east of Blansko, 38 km (24 mi) north of Brno, and 182 km (113 mi) east of Prague.
