Brezovica, fully Brezovica nad Torysou (Hungarian: Berzevice, Berzevicze) is a village and municipality in Sabinov District in the Prešov Region of north-eastern Slovakia.

History

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1274.[3]

Geography

The municipality lies at an altitude of 456 metres (1,496 feet) and covers an area of 18.235 km2 (7.041 sq mi). It has a population of about 1700 people.
