    Более того, как я уже сказал, у нас много общего в вопросах нравственности, а общим врагом мы считаем грех – подлинное зло, поражающее душу человека. Конечно, светская этика и тем более светское право не оперируют понятием «грех», но оперирует понятием «нарушение закона». А грех есть нарушение Божьего закона, который лежит в основе человеческой нравственности. А на основе человеческой нравственности, исторически сформировавшейся во многих культурах, и возникает право. Поэтому есть, конечно, глубинная связь между в каком-то смысле религиозными ценностями, религиозной верой и правом. (русский)
