Pakngum (Lao: ເມືອງປາກງື່ມ, romanized: Mư̄ang Pākngư̄m, lit. 'District of Pakngum', pronounced [pȁːk ŋɯ̄ːm]) is a district of Vientiane Prefecture, Laos.[2][3]
