Philpott is a rural locality in the North Burnett Region, Queensland, Australia.[2] In the 2021 census, Philpott had a population of 32 people.[1]

History

Philpott Central State School opened on 6 August 1913. It closed circa 1948.[3] It was on a 4-acre (1.6 ha) site off Shallcross Road (25°35′18″S 151°22′22″E / 25.5883°S 151.3727°E / -25.5883; 151.3727 (Philpott Central State School (former))).[4][5]

Demographics

In the 2016 census, Philpott had a population of 41 people.[6] In the 2021 census, Philpott had a population of 32 people.[1]
