Starchiojd is a commune in Prahova County, Muntenia, Romania. It is composed of six villages: Brădet, Gresia, Rotarea, Starchiojd, Valea Anei, and Zmeuret. The commune is situated in a hilly area, at the foot of the Curvature Carpathians. It is located in the northeastern part of the county, on the border with Buzău County.
