Second Lady or Second Gentleman of India is the title given to the host of Uparashtrapati Bhavan, usually the spouse of the vice president. The current second lady of India is Dr. Sudesh Dhankhar, the spouse of the incumbent vice president, Jagdeep Dhankhar.
