Creates a category of the form "YYY0s television series debuts" or "YYY0s television series endings", where YYY0s is a 4-digit decade (e.g. "1930s") The template detects whether it is being used on a "debuts" or "endings" category, and adjusts its output to suit. e.g.
It is not for use on other types of categories, e.g.
- Category:2020s television series
- Category:2003 Lebanese television series debuts
- Category:1981 Venezuelan television series endings
