Usage
This template is displayed on some subpages of Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests: On all "Proposed decision" subpages of "Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/" it displays:

When editing this page:
- Comment only in your own section. Respond to a post by another editor at the bottom of your section.
- Be civil. Uncivil comments are unhelpful. If you feel tempted, take a break.
- Don't remove or change others' posts unless they are obvious vandalism, BLP violations, or sockpuppetry.
- Be succinct. Rambling contributions are less effective. Substantiate your claims with diffs or links.
