Notation templates

These templates are optional ways to quickly generate a signed explanation of how a matter was handled. Notes may be left manually as well. What's important is clearly communicating what action has been taken and if any action is still needed. This template must always be substituted. It is intended to mark items on WP:SCV as processed once they are reorganized into daily sections.
