This template is used to identify a stub about an Institutional Revolutionary Party politician born in the 1950s who served in the Chamber of Deputies. It uses {{asbox}}, which is a meta-template designed to ease the process of creating and maintaining stub templates.

What is a stub?

How is a stub identified?
