Usage

{{Verse transliteration-translation|lang=ISO 639 language code|originalHeading=Heading for Original Poem|original text|transliterationHeading=Heading for transliteration|transliteration|translationHeading=Heading for translation|translation|rtl=yes, if original poem should run right to left|width=Width of all contents}} {{Verse transliteration-translation}} produces a three-column layout meant to contain the original text of a given poem, an English transliteration, and an English translation, in that order, with optional headings. Language and transliteration data is automatically added in accordance with the {{{lang}}}, and the columns break into a vertical layout in viewports below 900 pixels in width. By setting rtl = yes, the leftmost column can be made to run right to left.

• For a two-column layout, without a separate transliteration, please use {{verse translation}}.
• Please do not use this template for long sections of prose. Whether or not doing so works at present, any such usage may complicate future changes to the template.
• If you want to use non-English text in any of the headings, remember to enclose it in a {{lang}} template.
• With headings, the text beneath the hedings will be indented, while the headings themselves will not be. Without headings, the entire template will be indented. Additional indentation can be achieved with {{block indent}}
