Creates a category of the form "YYYY animated television series debuts" or "YYYY animated television series endings", where YYYY is a 4-digit year. The template detects whether it is being used on a "debuts" or "endings" category, and adjusts its output to suit. e.g.
- Category:2004 animated television series debuts Green tick
- Category:2021 animated television series endings Green tick
It is not for use on other types of categories, e.g.
- Category:2000s animated television series debuts Red X
- Category:2008 television series endings Red X
