Creates a category of the form "YYYY television awards", where YYYY is a 4-digit year. e.g.
- Category:1959 television awards Green tick
- Category:1983 television awards Green tick
- Category:2009 television awards Green tick
It is not for use on other types of categories, e.g.

If the template is used on an invalid page, an error message is generated and the page is categorised in:

- The page is not in the category namespace
- The page's title does not take the form "YYYY television awards"
