Uğuraçan (Kurdish: Betkar)[2] is a village in the Şemdinli District in Hakkâri Province in Turkey.[3] The village is populated by Kurds of the Herkî tribe and had a population of 743 in 2023.[1][4] The hamlet Yeşilbayır (Bêzeno) is attached to Uğuraçan.[2][1]
