Vídeň is a municipality and village in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants. Vídeň lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south of Žďár nad Sázavou, 32 km (20 mi) east of Jihlava, and 139 km (86 mi) south-east of Prague.

The first written mention of Vídeň is from 1370.[2]
