Čížkrajice is a municipality and village in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants. Čížkrajice lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) south-east of České Budějovice and 144 km (89 mi) south of Prague.
