Žákava is a municipality and village in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants. Žákava lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Plzeň and 82 km (51 mi) south-west of Prague.
