The 1974 Rallye Sanremo(formally the 16th Rallye Sanremo) was the fourth round of the 1974 World Rally Championship season. It started on October 2 and ended on October 5.

The race took place in the city of Sanremo, in Liguria, Italy, and the Italian pilot Sandro Munari won. The race took place in 39 races, covering the Italian Northwest, in Liguria. It started on the 2nd of October and ended on the 5th of October; the rally points were distributed as 20, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2 and 1; the distribution of points between brands was with Lancia gaining 20, Fiat gaining 15, Opel gaining 12 and Porsche gaining 8.
