The girls' 400 metres hurdles at the 2015 World Youth Championships in Athletics was held at the Estadio Olímpico Pascual Guerrero in Cali, Colombia on 15, 16 and 18 July 2015.[1] Sydney McLaughlin set a championship record with a time of 55.94 s to win the gold medal.[2]
