Notes
- ↑ The number in brackets after each winner's name is the number of Pro Golf Tour events they had won up to and including that tournament. It is rare for someone to accumulate many wins on the Pro Golf Tour as success at this level usually leads to promotion to the Challenge Tour.

In addition to Vahlenkamp, other players were allowed to celebrate. Two-time season winner Andoni Etchenique on France finished second overall and will thus play on the Challenge Tour in 2024, as will compatriot Clement Guichard, Christian Bräunig (Germany) and Zan Luka Stirn (Slovenia). They all start there in category 13b.
