Renata Zarazúa won the singles title at the 2024 Fifth Third Charleston 125 2, defeating Hanna Chang in the final, 6–1, 7–6(7–4).[1][2] Elisabetta Cocciaretto was the reigning champion from March 2024,[3] but chose to participate in the Billie Jean King Cup finals.
