Calosoma macrum is a species of ground beetle in the subfamily Carabinae. It was described by John Lawrence LeConte in 1852. The species is 22–29 millimetres (0.87–1.14 in) long, black, and lives at an elevation of 1,100 to 1,700 metres (3,600 to 5,600 ft) in Guerrero, Mexico. It flies in June and October.[1]
