Carew St John-Mildmay

Carew St John-Mildmay^[1] (2 February 1800 – 13 July 1878)^[2] was Archdeacon of Essex^[3] from 18 February 1862^[4] until his death.^[5] The son of Henry St John-Mildmay, 3rd Baronet^[6] he was born at Dogmersfield Park. He was educated at Oriel College, Oxford.^[7] He held livings at Shorwell, Burnham-on-Crouch and Chelmsford.^[8]
